Vail Brewing Company, usually has taco truck outside, flights of beer, often a live band most weekends and some weekdays

Great microbrewery just down the road from Minturn. They usually have many brew selections and also have happy leaf Kombucha on tap! No food service, but there is a great taco truck usually parked just outside. They also often have great live music.
