Great history on the first and only all Black Live Saving Station in the Coast Guard. The original cookhouse has been restored and moved to Manteo. Offering tours and a local insight into the history of their live saving efforts. This is a special place for our family as we helped start the museum, offer some of the tours, and it is a part of our personal family history! Call ahead to book your tour.
