This is a great museum. Like all the other museums it is very humbling to visit.

Though every D-Day site is significant and poignant, Pegasus Bridge epitomise the courage of those who flew into the unknown in the early hours of 6th June. If you get the chance, take in a visit to the nearby Merville Battery too. The museums at both are well worth the trip.
