A former music teacher and local piano performance artist owns Liquid Planet, a coffee shop that he started in a small trailor, set up between bulidings on the UofM campus. Now a multichain operation.

A non-coffee drinker's paradise! Lots of options besides the standard hot chocolate or chai latte. My favorites are the Matte Latte and the Matcha Latte. (YELP)
