Wonderful, spiritual island: abbey, great walks and beaches. Take the frequent ferry from Fionnphort.
Highly recommended on a trip to mull. Head to the south, about 1hr drive from Craignure. Walk along the car free paths to the medieval Iona monastery and wander around the graves of Viking kings.
Beautiful little island off the bottom tip of Mull. Daily tours run from Oban in the summer months.
Visit Iona Abbey and find out about St Columba, who brought christianity to Scotland

“The whole island is full of wildlife and things to see. Two castles, a broch, an ancient cathedral church and the resting place of the kings of Dalriada. Old lime kilns and piers. If you take your time you may see otters, seals, sea eagles and lots of other birds of prey.”

“The closest island to Oban. Very peaceful. Has a tearoom and the ruins of Gylen Castle. Good walk around the southern half of the island with great views- takes about 3 to 4 hours.”
