A great walk - quite challenging if you are not used to walking fairly steep hills. Fabulous Views

Seen from the orchard, a lovely walk up the “holy mountain”. The rift in the hill was reputably made when Christ was crucified

An hours drive from Cardiff. 1.5 hour, short and sharp walk of which at least half is up on a ridge with great views all the way over to pen-y-fan and the other way to the malvern hills. Nearby skirrid inn is historic.

One of the peaks you look out on, Skirrid Fawr is a great walk and why not stop off for lunch at the Skirrid Inn after.
