Castor is our favorite place to eat in Corvallis. It is a combination of fine dining, local fare, craft cocktails and casual ambiance. Their Happy Hour is the best in town! Castor's Menu is next to our fireplace ... check it out! And tell them 'Pat n' Pat' sent you.
