It's a great spot to take photos and watch the waves crash against the rocks. Just a short walk. Take a right once you're on the beach and follow it all the way down until you reach the jetty.

Head into the park and campground to climb up the big dune for views of the ocean and Tillamook Bay and then explore the tide pools at the entrance to the park by the jetty. Kids will delight in turning over rocks to find "baby crabs" and the occasional starfish.

Barview Jetty is pretty cool - it's the entrance of Tillamook Bay into the Pacific. We usually grab some tacos from the Mexican food truck on Highway 101 and park at the jetty to enjoy the scene. ~ Team 3ONE8 and 3THREE8 Manzanita - modern beach cottages, 1.5 blocks to Laneda Ave w/ private back yards and fire pit ~

It has been one of my favorites since I was first told about it. Something about the waves the endless beach and walking out on the Jetty. Just love all of it.
