Locavore café-canteen, eco-responsible awareness, positive impact incubator, the Cité Fertile is a real catalyst for bohemian initiatives. Dining at the Cité Fertile La Source café-restaurant at La Cité Fertile offers fresh, locavore, organic products and vegetarian, vegan and responsible specialties. The menu is entirely homemade and locavore and is prepared on the day by chef Ruben Sarfati and his team. Open Monday to Wednesday from 1am to 6pm, Thursday to Saturday from 12pm to midnight and Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. La Cité Fertile also has other restaurant spaces. In summer, you can find the Locavore Barbecue, the Biergarten with local beers and a foodcourt. The Paname Brewery is opening a second location in the heart of La Cité Fertile where it occupies a 500 m² space for the production and consumption of craft beer. Hidden in the heart of La Cité Fertile, the Paname Brewing Company also lets you taste their beers produced on site at the bar des Cuves. The brewery defends a traditional, natural and short circuit production process. Events at La Cité Fertile Numerous events are offered at La Cité Fertile throughout the year. Café-cantine locavore, sensibilisation éco-responsable, incubateur à impact positif, la Cité Fertile est un véritable catalyseur d'initiatives bohème. Restauration à la Cité Fertile Le café restaurant de la Cité Fertile La Source vous propose des produits frais, locavores, bio et des spécialités végétariennes, véganes et responsables. Le menu entièrement fait-maison et locavore composé le jour même par le chef cuisinier Ruben Sarfati et son équipe. Ouvert du lundi au mercredi de 1h à 18h, du jeudi au samedi de 12h à minuit et le dimanche de 12h à 22h. La Cité Fertile dispose aussi d’autres espaces de restauration. En été on peut retrouver le Barbecue locavore, le Biergarten avec des bières locales et un espace foodcourt. La brasserie Paname Brewery ouvre un deuxième lieu au cœur de La Cité fertile où elle occupe un espace de production et de consommation de bière artisanale de 500 m². Cachées au coeur de la Cité Fertile, la Paname Brewing Company vous font également déguster leurs bières produites sur place au bar des Cuves.
