Just on the other side of the railroad tracks is 4 stories of amazing vintage and antiques. I love this place!

The Montana Hotel was built in 1890 and is purported to be the oldest building in downtown Missoula. Located across from the original train depot, it serviced travelers coming east and west on the Northern Pacific railway. It also housed working men who gathered in the hotel dining room for supper at the end of their day and who then could retire to the saloon for evening libations. Located in Missoula, the Montana Antique Mall is one of the largest in Montana with 4 floors and over 15,000 square feet of antiques and collectibles. Open 7 days a week.

Everything is clean and well organized. I especially appreciate the willingness of the staff (I think you have to volunteer so many hours when you have a booth there) to climb the stairs and point out just what you don't need but want. Always fun to see so many different ages and styles represented not only in the products but the customers.
