Stephanie Izard's restaurant (top chef). Try something new (like duck tongues). This place serves up small, shareable plates, so take a friend or two. You can never get a reservation, but they do take walk ins. Not as pricey as you would think. Two or three can dine for around $100-$150 depending on if you have drinks.
