A visit to Skelf Island at Castle Howard is a must with children! An amazing adventure playground and in the Spring and Summer months a pizza oven to save taking a picnic! We spend many days here with our daughter.

Castle Howard always has a jam packed events schedule. From the Proms Spectacular on a balmy August evening to Christmas displays on snowy days. Castle Howard is absolutely stunning any time of year. Just off the A64 around a 45 minute drive from Scarborough.
