Revamped classic Brooklyn Bar. Great cocktails. Menu of burgers and lots of fried stuff, but it's tasty. They'll gladly make you a cocktail to suit.

My second favorite bar (after the Brooklyn Inn, and it's a very close second) in the borough, this comfortable joint mixes time-capsule decor (everything is original) and superb mixology. Inventive bartenders can mix you up anything, so give them some basic guidelines and let them surprise you. Solid bar food menu, too.
