A tough but rewarding hike just a short drive from Old Town. The views here are epic, and absolutely worth the work!!

I really enjoy this hiking trail, as it is not too strenuous for beginning hikers, offers some picturesque views, AND features small plaques along the way to educate you about the desert around you. It is a simple out and back hike and has had great reviews from friends and guests whom I've dragged up there over the years.

Pinnacle Peak Trail is a 4 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Scottsdale, Arizona that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Horses are also able to use this trail.
