I love celebrating businesses that are owned by men and women of color and Daniel Victory is one of the most celebrated mixologists in New Orleans! His hip bar is located walking distance from the Super Dome and in the heart of Essence Fest festivities--he is famous for doing shots of chartreuse with his guests!
