This place (Bach Dang park) is where you can rest a bit. Late afternoon visit is ideal because it gets hot easily during the day. Stay till sunset and the view is amazing. You can take a hydrofoil to Vung Tau beach at the ferry too. If you come here in early morning, you can feel the fresh air from Saigon river as well as see people do tai chi.
