The farmers market is open every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, with about 40 vendors that serve all sorts of organic goodies from tea, vegetables to jams and pastries.

Perfect place to spend your Saturday morning! The most popular farmers market in town and also the oldest one has a lovely vibe with delicious food and local fresh produce. Would highly recommend if you're looking to explore the local scene in Kathmandu a bit more. I'd highly recommend the stall serving Burmese food. Don't miss out on their noodles!

Located on the premises of Le Sherpa restaurant, this is a brilliant farmer's market held every Saturday between 8am and 12pm. A fantastic selection of ready to eat snacks, organic fruit and veggies, fresh bread and pastries and delicious locally made cheeses.
