And this is one of the typical place that serves Pho as Noodle Soup with beef. There are many parts of beef that are served with and they all have different tastes: raw beef (will be poached with bone soup) (in Vietnamese: phở tái), boiled beef (phở chín), shank beef (phở nạm), short plate beef (phở gầu). Before eating, you should try to soup first and then seasoning by yourself with lime and chili or vinegar to add more flavors for the soup.

Their menu is diversity, and they even have a opening kitchen next to dining area where you can see the food and select which one you prefer and they will serve it by dish.
