Walk east down Franklin St., past Rhode Island Ave., and you will see the park entrance at 18th St. In the summer, Langdon boasts a pool and splash park that is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. everyday. You will need an ID to enter the pool -- adults are $7 and children/ seniors are $3.
