The property is very big with a private fire pit and is backing onto a forest with trails leading right out of the backyard! a Dog-walkers paradise. The beach is only a short walk to the bottom of Mapleview road and there are so many other sandy beaches in the Alcona/Sandy Cove area. The home is fully equipped, clean and cozy, with high speed internet and smart TVs.

- For the morning booking: Guests will get to start in the poultry coop where they will be able to interact with the ducks and chickens, and perhaps collect their eggs. They will learn about feed and the mix of different species and their needs. They will open the door and watch the ducks waddle to the pond (seasonally). From there they will enter the paddock where they can interact with the donkeys and the horses and learn each of their stories. Guests will be informed about rescue animals and natural alternate methods of care. The guests will be taught how to clear their thinking in order to allow the animals to do the same and be rewarded by the therapeutic energy of the equine. For the afternoon booking: The poultry will already be free range but the guests will be able to sit by the pond (seasonally) and feed the ducks as well as have the chickens come to them for feed. Other things to note This is a hands on experience with animals. Guests are asked to be calm and allow the animals to come to them. Children must be supervised at all times. - We will be enjoying the soulful vocals of the city’s best rising R&B artists under the summer sky. The boat is an old pirate ship and will be traveling across the Toronto skyline. Guests will experience live R&B in an unforgettable way. If you don’t see a date you’d like, and are a group of 10-25 people, simply send me a request for the date and I will do my best to make it happen! COVID Rules In order to ensure we keep our guests safe, we will have the boat completely sanitized prior to guest arrival. Hand sanitizer will also be available upon arrival. - Do you need to de-compress, restore, renew and rejuvenate? Or just to step out and disconnect from your busy world for a few hours of self-care? We will meet in a parking area near the forest where our walk will occur. You will need to be comfortably dressed to be outdoors for 3 hours. This will not be a hike or a rigorous walk and we will not generate much heat through exertion--we will travel a total of about 1 kilometre on mostly level terrain, travelling slowly, noticing the world around us. I will offer you invitations for ways of interacting with the other-than-human world, engaging all your senses. You can choose to accept them or not! I will be asking you to turn off your phones and to not take photos until the last 10 minutes on the return journey, if you wish. At the end, I will offer a small nut-free snack. - **Beautiful Half-Day Experience —Only $80 ** Enjoy kayaking on a beautiful river off Lake Simcoe. After inflating the sturdy Sea Eagle kayak, and paddling lessons, we’ll put on our life-jackets and start our river adventure. During our leisurely two-hour+ journey – no white water, ideal for beginners or those who simply enjoy nature – we may see Canadian geese and duck families, deer, and turtles sunning themselves, among other wildlife. The tree-lined, lightly traveled river, scenic both in summer and autumn, is also home to million dollar cottages. We’ll stop for a snack along the river’s edge where it’s easy to get in/out of the kayak. You’re on vacation, so if you want a break from paddling, leave it to me, I’d keep us moving.
