Comfortable, bright roomThis quiet bedroom in the South Hills is walking distance to Friendly Street Gardens, with food carts and outdoor dining spaces, a market, and a sweet little neighborhood park. The neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, both to walkers, deer, song birds and wild turkeys. The shared house, built in the late 1960s, has plenty of reading nooks, excellent wifi, and a lovely garden. The bed is very comfortable, with a new (as of May 2021) mattress.

The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided in compostable K-cups), electric kettle (teas provided), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels. The studio has hardwood floors, vinyl in bathroom. Lots of light, nice & clean!
Close to Town Country Setting Sweet SuiteCountry setting that is only 15 minutes to Downtown Eugene or Valley River Center. Two room suite has a private entrance. Infants and toddlers are okay if you bring your own bed for them. Pets are okay if they are good with cats, the cats we have do not have access to the suite, but are able to roam the property. Coffee and tea available as well as a small refrigerator and microwave. The deck can be used but is a shared space. Parking available on site. No smoking on the premises.
