NE Salem Single in Handy LocationWelcome! This home is a 1996 one-story, 3-bedroom, ranch-style home with a one-step entry, located on a peaceful, country-like street of long-time homeowners. The location is close to Chemeteka CC (5 min.); state fairgrounds and I-5 (10 min.); downtown, capitol, Willamette U, Amazon, and Volcanoes stadium (15 min.). The Oregon Garden in Silverton is a wonderful drive of 15 min. through farmland where berries, grapes and nuts grow. - you may even see Mt. Hood.
The GarageClean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and floor mattress on request. There is no cable but the TV can be used to watch Netflix. Small domestic animals are welcome. Dog run may be used. Very close to down town, Willamette University & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Private yard to come.

It's about 2/3 of the house (separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen). If you're in town for a wedding, workshop, training, or business, this may be the perfect place.
