It is such a busy hike. Avoid saturdays for sure. Fall is my very favorite on this trail!

Must be dedicated as this is a 5 hour or longer hike, but you'll be rewarded with amazing view of the Lake and majestic Sundial Peak soaring above it.

6-mile roundtrip moderate to difficult hike (depending on your fitness) to a gorgeous view.
