With a hundred years of heritage and caviar production, Petrossian seems like an indulgent splurge. In some ways, purchasing the outlandishly expensive caviar is a flex most people can’t afford on any regular basis, but dining at the brand’s West Hollywood restaurant is comparatively attainable. The food is certainly pricey for what it is, but expect polished, French-inflected daytime food like nicoise salad and croque monsieur.

Decadent cafe on posh Robertson in weho. surprising one of the most luxurious burgers in town and of course they are most famous for their caviar. Treat yourself!
