This is a circus-arts training facility only a few blocks from us! It's a fantastic way to get a great workout. They have drop in classes for beginners for really affordable prices! I love the stretch/yoga sessions :) Very much needed in a stressful NYC! Great for families too.

With 6,000 square feet of raw warehouse indoor space and over 3,000 square feet of outdoor space, The Muse hosts events & parties. It's everyday activities include classes in high-flying acrobatics. Anyone can take these classes. In addition they also offer circus classes. If you feel like being adventurous on your vacation this place is highly recommended for learning new circus skills.

Circus school! I love the aerial silks and wall running classes. You can drop in or buy a multiple class pass. The instructors are amazing and help you feel comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone.
