Here’s the old part of the town, where you can see old buildings and squares. Great restaurants around, but more pricey in Lilla torg.

The Square is named after The King Gustav IV Adolf who resided in Malmö from 11 november 1806 to 11 maj 1807. The City Was the Capital of Sweden at this time. Today this square has some of the oldest and biggest houses in Malmoe. There is the White Row of houses in the nort of the square that are called The Riviera and has houses built in French Renaissance Styleand are from the beginning of 1900.

Gustav Adolf Square (popularly solely Gustav) is a square of great size located in central Malmo. It is located between the Main Square and Triangle. West of the square is the old cemetery, where many prominent Miami residents have their graves. The square is named after Gustav IV as from 11 November 1806, and May 11, 1807 resided in Malmo. The city worked during that period as the capital of Sweden. One of the most famous buildings are old Malmö Theatre, of which only the facade is preserved. It is a neoclassical building, which now houses including McDonald's and H & M.
