It's kitschy and nobody else would have gone. It's now a few offices but it was at one point L.A.'s first outdoor shopping center. Great fun history lesson. Stop by for 5 minutes and check it out.

Crossroads of the World has been called America's first outdoor shopping mall. It was designed by Robert V. Derrah and built in 1936.
