The Mosta church has the 3rd biggest dome in the world! The most church is very spacious inside, and it includes the WW2 bomb which didn't explode, the hole is still visible today. Just near the church, there are also War rooms.

The Rotunda or Mosta Dome as it is known for pick-ups is the miracle church that survived the bombings during World War 2. Completed in 1860, this church has the third-largest unsupported dome in Europe.

Mosta Rotunda Dome, is a Roman Catholic parish church in Mosta, Malta, dedicated to the Assumption of Mary. The design of the present church is based on the Pantheon in Rome, and it is said to have the third largest unsupported dome in the world. The church narrowly avoided destruction during World War II, since on 9 April 1942 a German aerial bomb pierced the dome and fell into the church during Mass but failed to explode. This event was interpreted by the Maltese as a miracle.
