With brightly colored light-up panels behind the bar, it looks very game show, but with a hint of mod and Mondrian. As the cornerstone of Hell’s Kitchen gay bars, this popular spot hosts a different show every night, usually involving drag queens like Peppermint or Sherry Vine. The host of the Monday night show, Marty Thomas, once beat Britney Spears on Star Search. A tremendous singer himself, Marty hosts a show that also features Broadway singers belting out current pop songs. You’ll feel like you’re watching The Voice.
