Great park! Has ping pong tables, sculptures, basketball courts, tennis courts, maintain flower gardens and a cafe!

York's biggest park, this was donated by the family famous for chocolate - the Rowntree's. It has lovely riverside walks, a big play area and a reading cafe.

Park established by the philanthropist (and chocolatier!), Joseph Rowntree. Nice place for a walk down by the river. Has a café, so you can stop off for an ice cream or a cup of tea along the way. Don't plan on a picnic though, the geese have left their mark........!
