Just a homegrown breakfast or lunch joint. Easy to find - super close. Food is decent - but not fantastic

Penelope's is very close to the townhouse --13 blocks east. Just go east on Pioneer's Blvd to about 47th street and the café is on your left/north side next to a car wash. Great breakfast and lunch menu at reasonable prices.
