Healthy, fresh salads and warm rice bowls — all sourced locally and seasonally and made from scratch in-house. Sweetgreen also works to encourage sustainability, and animal-friendly, sustainable farming practices.

I know it's a chain, but their poke is really, really yummy. The kelp noodles and the bamboo rice are a nice base, and I love their yuzu koshu (Japanese citrus plus a mild chili) dressing. Load up on veggies and it's a healthy, quick meal.
