If you're a fan of the Vietnamese noodle dish, "Pho", then Turtle Tower is a must try! They serve a northern style noodle that is wider and flat, as opposed to the more common southern style noodle. I recommend their chicken noodle soup. If you're feeling bold, try it with giblets!
