Brighton Museum - Passably good regional museum, concentrating on fashion & style, plus twentieth century art and design. Child sympathetic and with a good coffee lounge. Not least, it’s free!

Art Deco exhibits; Mae West Sofa version by Salvador Dali, an original stagecoach and in 1982 The Snowman was adapted for the screen and some of the original hand-drawn cels, celluloid sheets used for traditional animation, are also on display.
