We love take the BART down to Embarcadero in SF and going for a brunch or late lunch at the myriad of food stalls in the Ferry Building.

Beautiful historic building on SF Bay. Unique shops and restaurants. Huge farmers' market on Saturdays. Smaller farmers' markets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Ferry Building down on the Embarcadero is a terrific place to spend an afternoon. Tons of shops and restaurants along with amazing views of the Bay and the Golden and Bay bridges. NOTE: make sure to stop at Hog Island Oyster company if you make it!
