Rooftor Bar & Cafe is located on the 10th floor of Halong Telecommunication Building. It consists of two separate areas: inner lounge which is for listening to live music and DJs and the outer lounge, which is for enjoying the breath-taking view of Ha Long Bay while having a sip of your favorite cocktail.

A nice stop for your night with a great view of Halong city in your eyes. The price is reasonable too.
