Download the little green app called Grab, fast moving by motorcycle or by car. Don’t need to worry about where to park these vehicles. It's has food delivery and other service. Very convenient app.

It is same as Uber. You need to download Grab from your app store and register account by your Vietnam phone numer. After that you can book car/motorbiker like Uber. Grab is expensive than Taxi when it is rainnig or on traffic hours
