Long perfect white sand beach usually with small gentle wave sets... our favorite beach to float and talk for hours in the water. Kona side.

A long stretch of beach within 25 minutes of home base. Plenty of parking. Life guards on duty. The waves here can be rough. And sun can be intense on island. There are some trees and shady spots. Also some covered sitting areas for with picnic tables.

Better than Waikiki, (except for the surf). Fine, white sandy beach with lots of room for everyone. Great for boogie boarding and swimming. Be sure to bring your umbrella as the sun intensifies between 12pm-3pm. Lifeguards are active here due to the strong under current on big wave days. Caution; watch the flags on the beach for surf advisories.
