Off the beaten track, exquisite food prepared by one of Maui''s Best chefs, Bev Gannon, Eclectic and creative, lots of local Fine Art beautifully displayed. Adult crowd. Also check out Gannon's in Kihei

Another favorite. This upcountry restaurant is great for a cocktail on the patio at sunset, followed by dinner in the main dining room. Wonderful local farm to table menu, you wont be disappointed.

Trendy Restaurant - great food - a little pricy, but creative offerings. You can dine at the bar for more casual dining.
