When the Roland Garros and Bercy tournaments are coming up, I do interval training in this large, lovely public park almost every day with my coach to keep me at my best. We usually run for an hour around Lac inférieur. If you want to run with tennis players and other athletes, come here a few days before major competitions in Paris: All coaches take us there to practice in the open air!

For hors riding lovers (children and adults), rollerblading, jogging or just walking around beautiful lake I recommend this forest between morning (7am) and evening hours (6pm).
Great place to walk around lakes on a sunny day. There are also plenty of small cafeterias where you can have ice cream or tea/coffee on the waterfront.
A must do for whom who really styed in Paris. It is a bit like the Big Apple central Park...just that it is not central at all...Plein Ouest ;-))
