On 18th floor, very nice view. You need to book a table at least one day in advance.

Breathtaking view of Bucharest from the 18th floor, you see all the parks and some of the monuments. Nice, cheap lunch menu where you can choose between 2 kinds of soups, 2 mains, all you can eat salads and get a drink for about 5 euros.
