Rent a boat in Naples sail through Port Royal out to the gulf and head south to Marco Island. Stop at the Salty Dog restaurant at the Marco Island Marriott for lunch and drinks before heading back. See many dolphins and maybe a Manatee in the inner coastal.

If you know how to manage a boat try renting one at Naples Bay. No need to get out into the gulf. There is plenty to see just within the bay area. A pontoon boat is a great way to get into all of the hideways.
