Gilbert Whites house & the cafe are both great. Selborne, where it is situated is totally picturesque and has a renowned pottery too.

Selborne is a gorgeous and typical rural southern England village, home to the Gilbert White museum and gardens. Also his infamous zigzag walk to get stunning views of the countryside.
