Great atmosphere. The cocktails can be a little expensive, but they'll make you something special if you tell them your flavor profile and your base alcohol of choice. And the food is very reasonable.

Lower Fremont: 21+, super cool Speakeasy bar hidden behind Roxy's Diner (best breakfast place). You will find chandeliers, frescoes, mirrors, statuettes, and so forth, with a bar stocked with house-infused liquor serving old-timey cocktails. The menu includes small plates, sliders, oyster shooters. My favorite: order the roasted broccoli, it's amazing!

Large, dark and relatively quite bar/restaurant with great cocktails and food.

Speakeasy style, definitely try to get a reservation. Could fill up!
