It feels super neighborhoody; the decor hasn’t been changed since the beginning and they're not trying to impress anybody from out of town. The 1st and 3rd Thursday is Booty Bump, a west Berkeley favorite. It’s mostly in-the-know locals, but welcoming of all respectful outsiders. Mancub is a truly world class DJ putting it down just blocks from his house at the neighborhood bar. They serve great bar food from noon til 1:00am—order the nachos or the BLT.

cheap beer tequila and whiskey, grunge divey bar with a backyard. a mix of locals and hipsters, yummy cheap huge bbq sausage sandwiches, burgers, pulled pork and veggie options, live rock, folk music

Slightly divey local bar. Very fun place to hang out, but it can get crazy on a Friday or Saturday night so be forewarned! Great spot for dancing nearby.

Solid dive bar with live music and a back patio. It's a fun place to grab a drink with friends - just don't expect anything too fancy!
