The best park and playground in Parede. Lots of shade so can be used all year and all day long. Tables for piknik, fun playground for the kids, small enough so that you can see the kids from everywhere. Has a kiosk where you can buy ice cream, coffee or a beer. Has toilets. Also has a duck pond where you can feed the ducks. We go here all the time (and it's close to the restaurant Sociedade!).

The Morais Park and Garden, located in the historic center of Parede, was, at the beginning of the 20th century, owned by Domingos José de Morais, industrialist who owned the factory "Portugal e Colónias". From the garden of his house, there are traces of a formal garden, of grass beds, rose bushes and lively herbs, flanked by a trellis that shades some garden benches. It was acquired for the public, becoming what is now Parque Morais, opened in 1934. The Park is currently equipped with a refurbished children's playground, a pine forest with a picnic area, a pond with poultry, a kiosk and a large lawn, so the Morais Park promises a few hours well spent outdoors. A very pleasant leisure space, which, although not very extensive, is very well maintained.
